Doanh thu quý II của Vinhomes gấp bốn lần cùng kỳ

Việc bàn giao một số dự án trong quý mang về doanh thu lớn, giúp Vinhomes có mức lợi nhuận gấp đôi cùng kỳ.

Công ty cổ phần Vinhomes (Mã CK: VHM) vừa công bố kết quả kinh doanh hợp nhất quý II với doanh thu trong 3 tháng đạt hơn 20.900 tỷ đồng – gấp 4 lần cùng kỳ. Con số này tăng đột biến do chủ đầu tư bàn giao một số phân khu tại những dự án lớn. Lợi nhuận sau thuế ghi nhận gần 8.456 tỷ đồng.

Lũy kế 6 tháng đầu năm, Vinhomes đạt xấp xỉ 26.800 tỷ đồng doanh thu, tăng hơn 70%. Lợi nhuận trước thuế nửa đầu năm 2019 đạt hơn 13.400 tỷ, tăng 34%. Lãi sau thuế hơn 11.140 tỷ đồng, tăng gần 37%.

Tính đến cuối quý II, tổng tài sản và vốn chủ sở hữu của Vinhomes đạt lần lượt là 138.700 tỷ và 58.900 tỷ đồng.

Giá trị hàng tồn kho ghi nhận vào cuối quý II đạt 27.000 tỷ đồng, giảm gần 10.000 tỷ so với đầu năm, chủ yếu bao gồm chi phí xây dựng và các hạng mục căn hộ, biệt thự, văn phòng, trường học, khách sạn, trung tâm thương mại để bán thuộc các dự án Vinhomes Ocean Park, Vinhomes Smart City, Vinhomes Westpoint, Vinhomes Golden River, Vinhomes Central Park… Tính đến cuối tháng 6, lượng tiền mặt và tiền gửi ngắn hạn đạt 14.000 tỷ đồng, từ mức 3.500 tỷ vào đầu năm nay.

Năm 2019, Vinhomes đặt chỉ tiêu mảng kinh doanh bất động sản sẽ mang về 73.200 tỷ doanh thu, tăng xấp xỉ 90% so với 2018 và 16.700 tỷ lợi nhuận sau thuế. Doanh nghiệp cũng đẩy mạnh hợp tác kinh doanh bất động sản với Vingroup và các đơn vị thành viên và dự kiến thu về 3.900 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận. Theo đó, tổng lợi nhuận sau thuế của VHM trong năm 2019 kỳ vọng khoảng 20.600 tỷ đồng, tăng 40% so với năm 2018.
